Refund Policy (14-Day Returns)

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions for sending your package back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including custom or personalized products. Please reach out if you have questions about a specific item.

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the one you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

We will notify you once your return is received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
